Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 906. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 5(JUD) "An Act relating to the persons who may be appointed guardians of incapacitated persons or conservators of protected persons" was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 5(JUD) was read the third time.
